J & D Whirlpool Kitchen & Bath Outlet first opened its doors in 1991 by co-founders Jeff and Mike. They chose the name J & D Whirlpool Kitchen & Bath Outlet because they stand by the term Outlet! They consider themselves a location for customers to find quality and brand name products for homes or development projects at outlet prices. They pride themselves on not being like the "big box guys" - which is why they vowed to always be available for customers in the showroom and have a dedicated staff to answer online or phone questions, concerns, and comments.
The two are committed to providing excellent customer service by offering personalized attention to the details and needs of customers, including those who speak Polish or Spanish. In addition, they offer expert knowledge and sales of faucets, sinks, toilets, steam generators, saunas, custom shower systems, and designs.
